Getting to know...us...

After thirty years in the corporate world of Telecoms and IT, Mike Cross founded Southern Cross Computing in late 2005. In early 2008 Mike was joined by Jason Elkin, who brings a wealth of additional expertise and experience to the business, and a few months later Mike’s wife Hilary joined the company as co-director, using her many years of website management experience to set up the website services side of the business.

“Our aim”, says Mike, “is to provide local IT support for local businesses, offering everything from troubleshooting to new computer systems and covering all aspects of hardware, software and networks, including web design, so that a company’s IT becomes a real asset to them, not a troublesome hindrance. Southern Cross provides tailor-made solutions that meet our clients’ needs in full.”
